Watch Benson Boone Sing ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ with Brian May at Coachella 2025

The rising American pop idol shared the stage with rock legend Brian May of Queen — it doesn’t get more spectacular than that.
Benson Boone shocked everyone at Coachella 2025 this weekend by singing Queen’s most recognizable rock anthem, Bohemian Rhapsody, and entering the stage with a front flip.
But it didn’t stop there. A minute into his performance, the legendary Queen guitarist Brian May rose from beneath the stage, absolutely tearing it up with his solo.
Boone channeled the energy of the one and only Freddie Mercury, dressed in glitter-glam overalls that were literally shining under the stage lights.
This must have been a huge honor for Boone, considering Queen’s history of inviting only top-tier vocalists to perform their biggest hits.
Boone expressed his excitement on Instagram:
" There is an unbelievable amount of things I would like to say here. But here’s my best shot…This show is by far and easily the biggest production I have ever been a part of. The work, dedication, and time to build and see out something like this is near unfathomable. So many people are behind the scenes making this dream happen. I am so proud to have been a part of this show. @brianmayforreal I have no words. You are easily one of the most legendary musicians of all time and I cannot thank you enough for coming out. Thank you to my band, to my crew, to the design teams, to my managers and friends and family and loved ones that I would not be here without. I can’t wait to come back to Coachella next weekend, thank you for having me, and thank you for everything you do even if it’s just a simple stream. I love this job, i love this life, I love music, and I love the people I have around me. God bless you all."
Next week, Benson Boone returns for another mind-blowing performance at Coachella — and we can’t wait to see what surprises the enigmatic pop singer has in store. Stay tuned for more news with Combster!
