The post is accompanied by a nostalgic photo of Steve with a crocodile. In the caption, Bindi expressed her pride in continuing the work her father started and hopes that he would be proud of her.
Steve Irwin, who passed away in 2006, was known around the world as The Crocodile Hunter, a wildlife expert, and an environmentalist. His TV shows and efforts to educate the public about wildlife conservation left an indelible mark globally. Today, Bindi, along with her brother Robert Irwin and mother Terri Irwin, continues Steve’s mission, working at Australia Zoo and also starring in the show Crikey! It’s the Irwins.
