Callum Kerr Opens Up Through His New Song 'Used to Love This Town'

Callum Kerr previews his unreleased song ‘Used to Love This Town’ as he returns to music after a tragic family loss.
Scottish actor, model, and musician Callum Kerr is showing the versatility of his talents with new music! The actor took to Instagram to share a short clip where he plays a snippet of his new country song Used to Love This Town, which has yet to be released.
Judging by the lyrics, Used to Love This Town is about how a place that once felt like home doesn’t feel the same anymore after someone important is gone. He used to dream about staying there forever, but now that the person he loved isn’t around, the town just doesn’t matter to him anymore.
In February, Kerr shared his first single of 2025 titled Cold Beer Cold, marking his return to music since 2023, when he released five singles in total — starting with his debut single Tequila Therapy, followed by More Tennessee, Me & Who?, Gone Again, and Tamed by Tennessee.
Kerr releasing new music around this time comes as a surprise, as in February of this year, his mother and her husband were found dead at their home in France, presumably murdered. Kerr announced the devastating news on Instagram, asking fans to respect their privacy and promising more updates in the future.
