MTV VMAs 2024: Taylor Swift’s Record-Breaking VMA Sweep Leaves Beyoncé in the Dust!

The 2024 MTV VMAs at New York’s UBS Arena turned into the Taylor Swift show, with the pop queen snagging a whopping seven moonmen. Swift’s haul included the coveted artist of the year and song of the summer, pushing her total VMA count to a record-breaking 30 - sorry, Beyoncé!

But Swift wasn’t the only one making waves. Post Malone had the crowd vibing, while Eminem and Megan Thee Stallion each scored double wins. Newcomer Tyla crashed the party, nabbing best new artist and best Afrobeats for Water.

The stage was on fire all night long, with Katy Perry, Camila Cabello, and Sabrina Carpenter bringing the heat. Fresh faces Chappell Roan and Shawn Mendes proved they could hang with the big dogs, delivering standout performances.

In a twist nobody saw coming, Queen Bey herself left empty-handed this year. Guess even royalty has off nights!
