His single out now, his EP due soon, and a 2025 lineup packed with live shows.
Maddox Batson kicked off the year with the release of I Don’t Like You Anymore on February 6, a polished country-pop single that addresses the quirky awkwardness of young love. Co-written by Ashley Gorley, Hunter Phelps, and David Garcia, the track features shimmering production and all the hallmarks of a crowd-pleasing radio hit — despite not exactly breaking new ground. The official music video, directed by Jake The Shooter, includes a cameo from YouTuber Jiji Wonder.
Meanwhile, his debut EP, First Dance, is set to drop on March 21, promising more of the upbeat style he’s quickly becoming known for. With a Stagecoach debut and numerous other live dates on his 2025 schedule, Maddox Batson looks ready to solidify his status as the next teen star in country music.
