British actress Jodie Turner-Smith can’t wait for you to see her upcoming TV series The Agency! She took to Instagram to share her excitement for the show, promising that it’s coming to us “SO SOON!”
The Agency is based on the critically acclaimed French miniseries The Bureau, which some have described as the best TV series ever produced in France. The Agency is an espionage thriller following undercover agents with fake identities as they embark on their missions. Sounds promising, right?
In addition to Turner-Smith, the cast includes Michael Fassbender, Jeffrey Wright, Richard Gere, and Katherine Waterston, among others. It looks like Jodie will be rubbing shoulders with the big leagues now!
This year, Jodie appeared in three episodes of The Acolyte, and her latest TV series Bad Monkey, in which she plays one of the main roles, is currently airing. Beyond TV, Jodie is also filming A Big Bold Beautiful Journey alongside Margot Robbie and Colin Farrell, and her upcoming sequel to Tron: Legacy recently went into post-production.
Next year will be huge for Jodie with all these projects lined up, so let’s hope that each one is a massive hit!
