Jessie Mei Li is set to make her action film debut alongside several A-list stars! The teaser for the upcoming action thriller Havoc, starring 
Tom Hardy with Li co-starring, has just been released.
Havoc follows a tough detective who fights his way through a dangerous criminal underworld to rescue a politician’s lost son and uncover the city’s dark secrets.
Besides Li and Hardy, the film features 
Forest Whitaker, 
Timothy Olyphant, 
Justin Cornwell, 
Luis Guzmán, and 
Michelle Waterson, among others.
Havoc was filmed in Cardiff, Wales, from July to October 2021 and was regarded as one of the biggest films ever produced in Wales. In 2024, director and writer Gareth Evans revealed that two weeks of reshoots had been completed, with the film aiming for a 2025 release.
Before Havoc, Li appeared as Lara in the 2021 horror film Last Night in Soho and is also set to star in the short film Pork Scratchings.
Havoc premieres on Netflix on April 25, 2025.
