Hunter King joins ‘The Neighborhood’ Season 7 finale, a potential spin-off launch, and she’s beyond excited to share the news!
American actress Hunter King just landed a role in a new project, and she’s so excited about it that she had to tell the world! She has been announced as a guest star in the Season 7 finale of The Neighborhood, which is planned as a backdoor pilot for a potential spin-off.
The actress took to Instagram to share the news, starting her message with: “Crying, screaming, throwing up,” before thanking everyone for the opportunity and praising the cast. In disbelief, she ended her caption with, “Someone pinch me!”
She will be joining Justin Long,
Kara Royster, and
Angelique Cabral if CBS moves forward with the spin-off.
Marcel Spears and
Sheaun McKinney, who star in The Neighborhood, have also been announced as part of the spin-off, which is expected to follow their characters, Marty and Malcolm, as they move out of their parents’ home.
According to Deadline, King would play Bellamy, a cannabis content creator with a dark sense of humor and a love for edibles. Though she may seem jaded, she’s fun, loyal, and secretly dreams of doing something bigger.
Most recently, King starred in the romantic comedy Holiday Touchdown: A Chiefs Love Story alongside Tyler Hynes. In October last year, she also became engaged to Chris Copier.
