Doja Cat and Doechii's Twitter Love Fest Hints at Collaboration

Rap queens Doja Cat and Doechii sent fans into a frenzy with their recent Twitter exchange. On April 4, 2025, Doja Cat publicly declared “Doechii is MY inspiration. Doechii is here to STAY,” kickstarting a wholesome interaction between the two artists.

Doechii responded the next day with equal enthusiasm: “I love you I love you I love you. You maintain EXCELLENCE in RAP!” She added that Doja is “THEE performer” everyone counts on for “cool ART,” ending with a mysterious “V coming soon bitches” – possibly referencing Doja’s upcoming album Vie teased in late March.

Doja’s reply was wild, promising to “cut my c— off” if Doechii ever stopped making people move.

Their mutual admiration isn’t new. Doja hand-picked Doechii as an opener for her 2023 Scarlet Tour, where she told the rising star backstage: “You are supposed to happen,” comparing Doechii’s inevitable success to icons like Lady Gaga and Beyoncé.

Both artists have previously hinted at a collaboration in the works. With their recent public lovefest and Doechii’s cryptic “V coming soon” comment, fans are speculating that their long-awaited joint track might finally drop alongside Doja’s new album.
