The famous actor said on his podcast that he had a pacemaker implanted.
76-year-old Arnold Schwarzenegger, on his podcast segment titled “Arnold’s Pump Club,” announced that on Monday, March 18, he underwent a surgical procedure during which a pacemaker was implanted.
The actor, due to a genetic defect, has already undergone several heart surgeries, including the replacement of a pulmonary and aortic valve in 1997. Due to the need for their replacement due to wear, he underwent further procedures in 2018 and 2020. The pacemaker will now help him eliminate the irregular heartbeat he has been experiencing.
