The speculation arose after she shared a December 29 Instagram post featuring behind-the-scenes photos from the Broadway production.
The Instagram post included playful moments from the production, such as a mirror selfie with Connor and a shot of him lifting Zegler on his shoulders as she smiled and gave a thumbs-up to the camera.
In the comments, a fan suggested she was romantically interested in the 20-year-old actor. Zegler, 23, shut down the claims, replying, “No! Moving on.”
