Jimmy Donaldson, known as MrBeast, announced in his post on the social platform X (Twitter) that his game show “Beast Games” will be airing on Amazon Prime Video. It is expected to feature a thousand contestants competing for the grand prize of $5 million.
MrBeast rose to fame on YouTube, where his channel boasts over 245 million subscribers. Various competitions hosted by Donaldson take place there as well, and with the collaboration with Amazon Prime Video, he has decided to venture onto another platform.
In addition to the upcoming show, the renowned YouTuber, born in Wichita, Kansas, has also appeared in several films, such as “Under the Boardwalk” (2023, directed by David Soren) and “Kung Fu Panda 4” (2024, directed by Mike Mitchell), where he voiced the character Panda Pig.
