Alphonse Maitrepierre, a French designer, established his eponymous brand in 2019 after honing his craft at La Cambre in Brussels and gaining invaluable experience working with renowned labels such as Jean Paul Gaultier and Acne Studios.
His unique approach to fashion is evident in his collections, which often incorporate playful elements inspired by video games and pop culture.
Maitrepierre first made waves in the fashion industry with the launch of his debut bag in 2018, designed to resemble a video game controller.
This playful spirit continued with his 2023 collection, which featured an innovative interpretation of a cake box. His talent was recognized in 2021 when he won the Prix de la Ville de Paris Marque Émergente, a significant accolade that led to his inclusion in the Official Calendar of Paris Fashion Week.
