Cardinals At The Window is a music compilation curated by North Carolina natives Libby Rodenbough, David Walker, and Grayson Haver Currin, with support from a range of contributors like Shirlette Ammons and Sylvan Esso’s Nick Sanborn.
The project is tied to a relief effort organized by musicians Ryan Gustafson and Hunter Savoy for communities impacted by Hurricane Helene in Western North Carolina.
Featuring new music from artists like Sharon Van Etten, MJ Lenderman, and The Mountain Goats, the compilation brings together diverse talent to support the region’s recovery. Local organizations such as BeLoved Asheville and ROAR are leading on-the-ground relief and rebuilding efforts.
