A nuclear engineer by profession, Miss America Stanke recently graced the Japan Atomic Industrial Forum 2024 in Tokyo, delivering a speech and engaging in a panel discussion. The Wisconsin native, who completed her nuclear engineering degree at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, continues her national advocacy by discussing the role of nuclear power in sustaining the electricity grid. Her visit extended to the Osaka area where she interacted with high school and university students.
