According to Prince Harry, Everyone should Try Riding a Skeleton Bobsled
Prince Harry encouraged his wife to ride the skeleton bobsled, which can reach speeds of up to 61.5 mph, but she declined.
“Everyone should do this, it should be compulsory,” declared Prince Harry after his two rides on a skeleton bob at the ice track in Whistler, British Columbia. These were preceded by a safety briefing and took place under the supervision of medical personnel. The Prince encouraged his wife Meghan to try bobsledding, which can reach speeds of up to 61.5 mph, but she declined.
The famous couple, during their visit to Whistler, not only met with athletes at training camps but also promoted the Invictus Games for wounded, sick, and disabled soldiers. The Invictus Games in 2025, taking place next year in Vancouver and Whistler, will feature winter sports for the first time.
