Billboard reported that lawyers representing singer Madonna have asked the judge to dismiss the lawsuit filed against their client by Michael Fellows and Jonathan Hadden due to her December concerts in Brooklyn, New York, starting two hours late. The men stated in their lawsuit, among other things, that they "had to wake up early for work" because of it. However, the attorneys do not consider this inconvenience significant enough to warrant the lawsuit. They also argue that fans could have expected the performance to start later than stated on the ticket.
