Bryan replaces Moreland with J.R. Carroll for a new soft-spoken version of Memphis; The Blues.

Earlier this year, American singer-songwriter Zach BryanZach Bryan had a serious online altercation with a fellow musician from Tulsa, John Moreland, and kicked him off The Great American Bar Scene.

Initially, the conflict was fueled by Moreland’s comment about Bryan’s supposed $350 million deal with Warner Records. Moreland said, “$350M is a lot of money to pay for the f–ing off-brand version of me.”

Later, John Moreland went on to accuse Bryan of hanging out with 19-year-old girls at the bar, being disrespectful to Moreland’s family, and simply called him a “di-khead.”

To fill the gap on the album, Bryan teamed up with up-and-coming country musician J.R. Carroll and dropped a new version of Memphis; The Blues today.
