Searows Teases November EP with Fresh Track 'to be seen'
Searows drops a fresh track called to be seen, a must-listen ahead of his upcoming EP flush, out November 22.
Inspired by the movie X, Searows explores themes of physical and emotional visibility in love with to be seen. It is the third single from the upcoming five-track EP flush which was co-produced with Jonathan Pearce of The Beths.
Searows began the EP by sharing snippets on TikTok, developing songs with feedback from his followers. Before to be seen Searows had already released two singles from flush: martingale came together by merging two songs that just clicked, while toothache dives into getting rid of people-pleasing habits.
Searows is the indie-folk project of Kentucky-born, Oregon-raised singer-songwriter and guitarist Alec Duckart. Though he’s pretty reserved in person, Alec holds nothing back in his music. His intensely vulnerable songwriting tackles finding one’s voice and navigating complex relationships — themes that continue to resonate in his new EP.
