Rachel Sennott and Rachel Zegler Have the Best Response to Oscars Name Mix-Up

Rachel Sennott reacts after the Oscars misidentify her as Rachel Zegler on TV, with both actresses laughing off the mix-up.
American actress and comedian Rachel Sennott recently attended the 97th Academy Awards, and as ABC’s Oscars Red Carpet Show aired, Sennott appeared on the screen—but to everyone’s surprise,
Rachel Zegler’s name was written below her instead of her own!
This mishap was noticed by many, and it reached both Rachels, who posted about it on social media. Sennott shared a photo of the screen showing her with Zegler’s name, tagging Zegler in the post. Zegler then reposted it on her Instagram story, adding, “RACHEL ANNE 🤝 RACHEL ANNE,” highlighting that they even share the same middle name.
Sennott also spoke to Entertainment Tonight at the Vanity Fair Oscar Party about the mix-up, sharing that she’s “obsessed” with Zegler and that the two already laughed about it.
Sennott attended the Oscars as a guest after announcing the nominees in January alongside actor Bowen Yang, while Rachel Zegler was invited to present the Best Visual Effects award with her Snow White co-star
Gal Gadot.
