Forget your Friday night outfit. Monday morning has never sounded like a better time to get dressed.

With her runway show at the New York Fashion Week, Jane WadeJane Wade has achieved the unthinkable: to get every single person in the room excited for the office.

We mean fashion-wise.

The designer used her typical structured proportions, dominant padded-shoulders, and metallic accents. The designs further featured deconstructed poplin shirts and wool suits to highlight the “proper” work attire.

But the meaning behind the FW25 collection called THE MERGER was much deeper, actually pointing at the sometimes absurd corporations’ culture.
