Ella Purnell can’t wait for the second season of Fallout! In a recent interview with DiscussingFilm, Purnell expressed how excited she is about the new season, though she also shared that she has literally nothing to say about it because she doesn’t know anything about it yet!
“I don’t even know if I’m in it. I think I’m in it. I hope I’m in it. No, I’m probably in it,” she continued. She talked about how much she wants to start filming the show again and get back into Lucy’s head, accent and all.
Fallout made quite a splash during awards season, gathering 16 Primetime Emmy Award nominations, with Walton Goggins receiving a nod for his role in the series. While the show was renewed for a second season in April, just a week after dropping on Prime, the release date has still not been revealed.
Given that the first season was filmed in 2022 and released two years later, it’s safe to assume that the second season will likely air in 2026 or later, especially since Purnell herself has no idea about the script and 2025 is just around the corner.
