At the UK premiere of Twisters in Leicester Square, Daisy Edgar-Jones shared a delightful anecdote duuring an interview with HELLO! about her first meeting with co-star Glen Powell. The actress, who plays storm chaser Kate Cooper, recalled, “Glenn came to the premiere of Fresh a few years ago – I met him then and he was lovely.”
Edgar-Jones couldn’t be happier when Powell was considered for the role of Tyler Owens, stating, "I was so excited when they were thinking about who to cast for Tyler and I was like ‘Glenn is the one.’" She praised his lovable nature, adding, “He’s just the loveliest person and we had such a great laugh the whole time.”
Director Lee Isaac Chung commended the pair’s on-screen chemistry, describing them as “amazing and incredible people.” This standalone sequel to the 1996 hit Twister has become a global sensation, now showing in cinemas worldwide.
