Aimee Lou Wood and Walton Goggins Clear the Air on Feud Rumors

Aimee Lou Wood and Walton Goggins, who played Rick and Chelsea in HBO’s The White Lotus Season 3, have cleared the air about rumors of a feud. Fans noticed Goggins had unfollowed Wood on Instagram, sparking all kinds of speculation online. But in a new interview with Variety, both actors shut down the drama, saying there’s never been any bad blood.

“There is no feud. I adore, I love this woman madly, and she is so important to me,” Goggins said, also calling Wood “special” and saying she’s got a huge future ahead.

Wood, for her part, rolled her eyes at the social media gossip: “Why is everyone obsessing over Instagram? That is irrelevant. We don’t give a shite about Instagram.”

Goggins explained that unfollowing co-stars is just his way of moving on from a project and isn’t personal. He even re-followed Wood during the interview, calling the whole situation “ridiculous.” Despite what you might read online, the two are still good friends and have a lot of respect for each other.
