Doja Cat’s departure from the social media platform was prompted by her candid admission of facing “f–ked up thoughts” due to negative interactions online. This isn’t the first time Doja has found herself at odds with social media; after a spat with her fanbase, the “Kittenz,” she saw her follower count take a nosedive by 250,000 last summer. In recent months, Doja Cat has also faced scrutiny over her changing appearance, including shaving her head and eyebrows and getting a large bat skeleton tattoo.
