Austin North was Detained for an Alleged Assault During an Examination in the Emergency Room
The star of “Outer Banks” was arrested a few days ago for allegedly attacking hospital staff in Las Vegas.
Actor Austin North, known for the series “Outer Banks” (2020 - 2024), was arrested after allegedly attacking medical staff at the University Medical Center in Las Vegas a few days ago after Super Bowl. The entire incident reportedly occurred on Tuesday when Austin North was said to have struck one nurse and shoved two other healthcare workers in the emergency room of the hospital. After the assault, he was restrained until the arrival of the police, who subsequently detained him. Later, he posted bail and was released.
In his Instagram post, Austin North mentioned that he ended up in the hospital due to suspicion of a heart attack. Tests for alcohol and drugs conducted there reportedly came back negative. The actor, who claimed to have been battling anxiety for several years, described experiencing the most extreme panic attack during his time at the hospital. He has little recollection of the entire event but expressed respect for healthcare professionals.
