In this article, you will find answers to other important questions that may come to mind during your visit to this year’s Summerfest in Milwaukee.

What are the payment methods at Summerfest?

Summerfest is a cashless festival, which means that cash will not be accepted at ticket booths, ticket windows, or any other places on the grounds. For those who have cash, cash-to-card services are available to convert cash into debit cards. This service is free of charge and available at the North Gate, Mid Gate, and Summerfest Box Office

Where can I find a lost child?

The Lost Children’s Area is located near the Mid Gate and is intended for children who become separated from their parents or guardians. To facilitate reunification, child identification wristbands are available at several locations throughout the grounds (including all gates), where parents can input their contact information.

Where can I find lost items?

Lost items are turned in and can be claimed at the Guest Services areas on the festival grounds. These areas are located at the South Gate and the Mid Gate (near the Lost Children’s Area). If you are no longer at Summerfest, you can fill out and submit a Lost and Found form online. Unclaimed items will be held for 30 days after the last day of the festival and then donated to a local charity.

What should I do if I get injured?

The First Aid station sponsored by Aurora Health Care is located at the Mid Gate. Units from the Milwaukee Fire Department are also present on the Summerfest grounds to provide immediate assistance in case of emergencies.

I hope the answers to these questions help you enjoy this year’s Summerfest even more. You can also read the previous article with tips, which also addressed questions related to visiting this festival.
